Turn the fear of change into a fun adventure for your children.

Encourage them to label and draw on the boxes for their room contents. Let them add notes for the driver. While they’re having fun, you can do some packing.

Tip #7

The day before the move, unplug appliances, disconnect gas and water lines, deodorize and dry them. Pack the washer so the tub cannot rotate. If you are not confident of your ability to properly disconnect and service appliances yourself, ask your American Red Ball agent  for the name of a third party service provider who can do this for you.
