Who can arrange my move?

What services do you offer?

American Red Ball is a full service interstate carrier. We will pack, load, transport, store (if needed) and deliver your belongings. However, you have the option of completing your own packing, if you prefer. You may also purchase boxes and packing materials to make your move a one-stop experience.

How do I know who my mover is?

There are four types of moves: local (in the same town or city); intrastate (within the same state); interstate (when you cross state lines) and international (to another country). American Red Ball is an interstate carrier. You can tell that we are moving you by looking at your Bill of Lading . You will see our name and authority number, MC-6992. If a different authority number appears, you are not being moved by American Red Ball.

What are my payment options?

American Red Ball requires cash or certified check upon delivery. The driver will collect payment prior to unloading. However, if you qualify, you may make arrangements for credit card payment prior to your move. Ask your American Red Ball agent about this option.

Who does the packing?

That’s your choice. Some people like the control of packing themselves, while others do so to save money. If your time is most valuable to you, as a full service carrier, we’ll be happy to do the packing for you.
