If you have experienced loss or damage during your move, please accept our sincere apologies. We will do everything possible to settle your claim promptly and fairly. You may print a claim form and submit with receipts OR you may submit your claim on-line by completing our on-line form.
Please be aware:
- Claims for loss and/or damage must be received at American Red Ball Corporate headquarters within nine (9) months of delivery of your shipment. Claims received beyond the nine (9) month statutory time frame will not be honored.
NOTE: On Department of Defense paid moves military claim filing procedures must be followed and military terms and conditions will apply.
- If you choose to complete this form on-line we may need to contact you and request additional information or receipts.
- Please provide complete details: color, finish, kind of material, pattern, design, make, model, serial numbers, etc.
- Insufficient information may result in a delay in settling your claim.
- It is important that you DO NOT dispose of damaged items until we advise you that you may do so (after the claim is settled).
- Repairs should not be made until authorized by the American Red Ball Claims Department.
After you complete a claim form, we will respond with a Claim Number that should be referenced in all future communications. If you do not receive WRITTEN notification from American Red Ball confirming receipt of your claim within ten (10) working days, please contact us immediately (no later than thirty (30) days after submitting your claim).
