Step 1. Now that you have requested a Free Moving Quote, one of our relocation specialists will contact you.

So we can adequately meet your moving needs, one of our experienced moving specialists will be calling you. You can expect a professional moving specialist to spend time making sure we have the necessary details of your move. With over 200 moving specialists, you can rest assured that you will receive the personal attention you deserve.

Step 2.One of our relocation specialists will come to your home.

In order to provide you with the best estimate possible, be prepared to show the relocation specialist what all you will be taking. If there are items you prefer to purge and leave behind, please make the moving specialist aware of these items. If you have any items that are not readily visible, please remember to inform the moving specialist of those items also.

Remember, this process is about the integrity of your move. Our goal is to make sure your items arrive safe and sound. Knowing what items you will be taking will make sure that we have ample room for secure packing.

Step 3. We will produce a moving estimate tailored to your needs.

Our experienced relocation specialists will work with you to determine an accurate estimate based on your specific needs. For your convenience, we offer three types of estimates.

a. Binding Estimate: A binding estimate is based on a predetermined amount for services requested and moving expenses. This type of estimate allows you to know the exact amount that will be required for your move.

b. Non-Binding Estimate: A non-binding estimate is based upon the services requested and exact weight of your shipment. To assure you of the exact weight, we will weigh the trailer prior to loading and again after loading. The driver will provide you a copy of the weight so you can be certain of the exact weight you are being charged for.

b. Customer Benefit Option: This option differs in that fact that if the actual weight and services required are less than the original Binding Estimate, the amount due at the time of delivery will be less. The Customer Benefit Option is based upon actual weight and services, where as a Binding Estimate represents the maximum amount you will be charged.
