“I am writing to let you know of the exceptional moving services we received from American Red Call Co. (Coastal Movers, Inc.) on 9/24/14. We moved from Naperville, Il to Frisco, TX. Our movers were John and Gary. We could not have asked for a better pair of movers. They were professional, courteous, friendly, and expert movers.
Our furniture was picked up on 9/24/14 and delivered on 10/3/14. The pick-up and delivery process both ran smoothly. Our furniture arrived in good condition; and it arrived earlier than we originally expected. We were called by your office as well as by our drivers to let us know when they could be at our destination.
We have told others about the outstanding moving experience we had with your company. We would highly recommend John and Gary without hesitation.

Our move was completed by Tyrone McCants. Tyrone is a true asset to your company. He was very courteous and did an excellent job both at origin and delivery. He is the kind of employee most companies can only wish they had working for them. I would recommend Red Ball to anyone who asks, and I would tell them to request Tyrone as their Relocation Specialist.

I just wanted to Thank everyone at Auburn Moving Company for making my move back to Detroit, Mi a “Great Experience” Your movers that came on March 6th to load my items were pleasant, handled my items with care as if it were they own, and answered any questions that I had. Their Customer Service rated number one in my book.
My items arrived yesterday March 13th, which was way earlier than I expected. The Red Ball driver, was also “great” he handled my items when unloading the truck as if they were his own. He made sure that ALL of my items had been unload off the truck before he left. (There were a couple of items that I had miss wrote the number when he called them out to me, but they did not leave until we had located them) Great customer Service once again.
I would recommend Auburn Moving Company and Red Ball as the “way to go” when moving cross state or locally. Your A+ rating in the Better Business review did not let me down.

The driver and his crew were so professional and friendly, it was a pleasure having them in our home. Not only were they friendly, they were very meticulous and quick. I would recommend your company because of them to military and civilian alike due to the great service we received. The crew who packed our goods was fast and efficient
Overall we were extremely pleased with the service we received. The crew who packed our goods was fast and efficient while taking care to make sure nothing was damaged. Since we had many items that were older and/or fragile, it was very important that they be packed carefully and loaded in the van properly.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Red Ball for my next move
John Nikolai and Gary took great care to protect my belongings and the furnishings inside the house on an intermittently stormy day. They took extra time to place furniture exactly as requested. They are not only the friendliest but also the most professional movers I have ever dealt with.
The only real issue I had was waiting to find out the delivery date. Due to the circumstances of my move, the delivery was scheduled only a few days in advance, but it ended up being on the day I had wanted to schedule.
I had never heard of Red Ball before. My move went much more smoothly than expected because of the people affiliated with your company. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Red Ball for my next move, and I would wholeheartedly recommend your company to my friends and family for theirs.
