American Red Ball rates are established based on our published tariff which is available here for our customers.

The day before the move, unplug appliances, disconnect gas and water lines, deodorize and dry them. Pack the washer so the tub cannot rotate. If you are not confident of your ability to properly disconnect and service appliances yourself, ask your American Red Ball agent  for the name of a third party service provider who can do this for you.
