American Red Ball World Wide Movers Fall Conference “Commitment to Growth” was recently held in Indianapolis with agents, vendors and drivers in attendance.

Featured presentations included operating systems development, website search engine optimization, safety, quality, customer service, driver recruitment, military quality performance, international operations and agency development. All of the presentations contained information on how the company has positioned itself to grow both in the short and long term.

Guest speaker, Terry Head, President of the International Association of Movers, spoke about today’s world market; consultant David Duryee, presented AMSA’s “Finance for Movers”; and Keynote speaker Linda Bauer Darr, CEO of the American Moving and Storage Association, spoke about the challenges movers are facing in today’s marketplace.

A recognition dinner was held during the conference for agents with significant years of service as a representative of American Red Ball: 60 years, Zeiglers Storage & Transfer, Carlisle, PA; 57 years Donald S. Hubsch, Trenton, NJ; 55 years, Loungecraft Moving & Storage, Maspeth, NY and Masterson Moving, Louisville, KY; and 50 years, Superior Moving & Storage, Crawfordsville, IN
